Signs Of Aging creep up, even on the best of us…
Like, "a giant slap in the face." Besides the obvious physical signs of aging… It can screw with your head, too. For some, it is the first sign if their own mortality. And in todays modern, busy societies healthy aging… Is easily ignored.
What makes this situation seem much worse than it actually is… Our current medical system has No Answers. They offer harmful drugs, or dangerous treatments, that do more harm than good. The FDA is a joke, as each day, there seems to be yet another recall or high profile law suit related a product or drug that the FDA said was "safe." If they weren’t protected by the government they would be the most sued institution on the planet.
To combat the signs of aging we have to stop getting our information from TV commercials. It’s one drug commecial after another. These days, when you walk into the doctors office… You Tell Him What Drugs You Need! When did that happen?!!
Not Good…
To truly turn back the clock.., and even reverse the signs of aging, we are starting to realize… Proper Nutrition is more than just something your Mother used bug you about… Longevity & Nutrition go hand in hand. Being able to add 10-20 years to your life is not that difficult. The trick is adding life to those years…
• An overall decrease in energy and vigor
• The tendency to become easily tired
• Changes in sleeping patterns
• Decreased memory
• Behavioural changes
• Skin and hair changes such as wrinkles, brown spots on the skin, loss of skin elasticity, and hair loss
• Changes in hair color (graying)
• A loss or decrease in vision and hearing
• Changes in bowel function

• Urinary problems such as incontinence, dribbling, and changes in frequency of urination
• Changes in menstrual cycle
• Abdominal obesity and inability to lose weight
This is what you have to look forward too… Without proper nutrition! Think about it like this… You’d have to take A LOT of pills to deal with all that and still come out the loser. The trick is… Avoiding those, all too common, effects of aging!
And, it all starts with… "You are what you eat." With all the research that has gone into anti aging nutrition, in the last decade & beyond. We now understand, in order to live a health, HAPPY life… We have to take off the blinders and start listening to our bodies. Get back to nature. And… Stay away from the synthetic stuff.
The information is out there… It just takes a tiny amount of effort (as much as buying that designer bag on ebay), to find the proper anti aging diet, for you. That’s right, for you… Not what’s right for your neighbor — FOR YOU!
