organic food list
Can someone give me a list of certain foods?
I decided to go organic and since my mother and I will go to the bank today, I would like to know what kinds of things are good to buy organic in the island.
most great organic products are in your produce section. buy lots of fruits and vegetables. you'll be amazed at the difference in size, taste, color and texture. Berries are the most amazing in the transition to organic farming. Amy dressings are really good. Oh, and organic green and black chocolate is an orgasm in your mouth bio! also good: organic yogurt, cereals and pasta. The key is to buy stuff you want to eat normally, but with fewer chemicals it contains. remember lifestyle changes occur slowly, piece by piece - the sustainable anyway. it should not go 100% all of a sudden, you'll be frustrated and quit. slow start. Another suggestion for you is to go to your local cooperative or farmers market (most cities have one, even urban jungles like New York) and have an idea of what's fresh and local. Enjoy!
