healthy diet food
Is honey a healthy diet food? Other questions about dieting too …?

I recently started dieting … Well I like to call "the creation of a healthy lifestyle" and I wonder if the honey is a food that I can Dining? I know he probably has a lot of sugar in it, but it is quite natural, is not it? So, are you? What other foods should I doubt include in my diet? I love spinach and I recently tried to include lots of salad type foods in my diet and more fruits and vegetables. I also made a lasagna the other night, she was in her beef and lots of vegetables and I used ricotta instead of the normal cheese sauce, is that health-ish? Thank you in advance. :)

I do not understand why some people here say that honey is bad – is a whole food, natural, which is far from most of the "food" that you find in the average grocery store these days! is I tell you what works for my family. After watching my father struggle with colitis and husband to be hospitalized and on his deathbed, TWO ONCE, he regained his health simply by eating fresh, raw and natural. He lost about 50 pounds and has skin and bones, and built itself into up by the consumption of filtered water, wheat grass, fruit and vegetables, whole grains, and enzymes and probiotics. He left the air a type of 50 years, and looks like someone just pushing 40. Her skin is definitely smoother, his eyes have the light for them, and his barber said (without knowing that his eating habits) it became apparent that more and more hair back. The only thing it does is to change his diet. My husband and I are emulating his basic plan, while not yet taking the plunge to go through the detox diet, but what we are doing this spring. I lost 20 pounds in three months, and my husband has lost 63 pounds in five months, and still is a loss of about half a pound per week. I'ma big in raw foods and natural. Any food that is changed is it taking away from his true form and function. Here are the "core" foods I stay far, far away from: bleached flour (also called enriched). Wheat flour is stripped of nutrients which first place and soaked in household bleach (Clorox think) to believe in "pure." BHT / BHA. They are very toxic chemicals and are prohibited in many countries because it has been shown to cause cancer in animals. Well, we are animals too – and I wish to remain cancer free MSG .. Form sodium, it is manufactured rather than naturally acquired and used as flavor enhancer. However, it has many debilitating effects on health, including a narrowing of the vessels behind the eyes. Do not even bother with anything that contains MSG. margarine. It is true that one of the only "food" that flies will not touch. Chemically almost identical to the plastic, it's not hard-: If you care anything about your health, avoid! Substitutes sugar and refined sugar. It can be difficult to make sweets and biscuits as the cake with raw cane sugar or turbinado like, but it's worth it. You do not want something overprocessed or manufactured and the more natural it is, the better it can be processed in your body. Certainly remain away from sugar substitutes – many of them cause cancer, and you do yourself a disservice by introducing foreign compounds to your body syrup. Corn. I do not like this kind of marketing corn farmers in this country use, I refuse to eat anything with syrup corn. There is a certain correlation to the fact that corn syrup from the sugar substitute in all natural foods in the 1980s and now everyone in America is fat and many are obese. Add a sedentary lifestyle Century 21, and we kill. Shellfish and pork. I'm not Jewish, but they have the right idea. Mollusks are natural filters of the sea, and thrive on faecal matter decomposition, so pigs are omnivores and also eat feces, and rotting carcasses and anything else they happen everywhere. Even pigs fed grain will still eat feces. I raised pigs – I've seen. I stay away from these two categories of food because I do not want not eat anything made of garbage. Artificial flavors and dyes. No thank you – nothing artificial means it is made by man and not nature, and there is no need for food colors, plus they have been proven cause of brain tumors and cancer in animals. Remember – we are animals too oils. Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated. One of the most natural foods perverted there, This oil is whipped with hydrogen, the evolution of molecular structure and a natural oil to become stiff temperature room – not to mention the creation of trans fats in the process. Not good – stay far, far away from these oils changed that. is a basic list that I am. This means I also do not eat frozen foods, except for ice cream with natural vanilla bean, processed foods such as pasta Canned / Rice-A-Roni / Hamburger Helper / tortilla chips or seasonings / pretzel / jello / American cheese, meats and cheeses with additives. We do not eat not at all, except for Panera restaurants, because food is fresh and we can get whole grain bread is unbleached. I think you're on the right track, and you'll see that you eat healthier, your taste buds change. I strongly encourage you to eat organic whenever possible. We eat mashed potatoes and vegetables 2-3 nights a week, homemade pizza once a week, the Mexican food once a week, and maybe a sandwich for dinner if we're in a pinch. The weekend we'll hash browns and eggs (organic brown eggs are loaded with flavor!), and I eat an apple every day and try to drink orange juice all morning. My husband eats a slice of bread with organic peanut butter, honey and almonds every morning and eats at least one avocado a week -. I also tried Fasting once a week to eat dinner, go to bed, no breakfast or lunch, then dinner again – but it takes a will of iron, and I did it maybe 4 times. But it is supposed to do wonders for your health. I have not felt this good since high school, and I'm alone the tip of the iceberg. We could do much in this country if we were not riddled with cancer, arthritis, obesity, cataracts, etc. If we could only eat to live, we could be a great nation, full of spirit and energy high. But I can say this – I'm never going back to how I used to eat, not after seeing the results and I feel like I do. hope it will be useful for you! Good luck to you:)
