<b>My body will not let me lose more weight? Why?</b>
<p> <i>I am a woman in my early 20s, 5 feet 1 inch and weighs about 125 pounds.</i> My waist is a decent size, about 31 inches around. I was exercising every day for 20-30 min for 3 years now, and trying to eat more healthily. The problem is that I can not lose more weight, although I am trying with all my effort. I&#39;m actually a little overweight for my size as BMI charts. I weigh 105 pounds. I tried to drop the weight for years without success. Once I reached a plateau at 112 pounds and my body could not go lower. Everyone says I&#39;m already thinner and that 105 pounds is unhealthy, and I won a lot of muscle mass (which weighs more than fat) from year to year. I wonder if there is still a way I could fall at 105 pounds? </p>
<p> Probably not healthy your body has stopped losing weight because you&#39;re at the point where the muscle is a winner. If something hit cardio. Also, have you changed your routine lately? You just may have reached a plateau. GOOD LUCK </p>

<p> Here are some good ideas: 1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, cycling and swimming. 2. Eat organic foods as broccoli, cabbage, organic Brown rice, beans, spinach, sweet potatoes, apples and other fruits and vegetables in their natural state. 3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you should not eat. 4. Drink water own as a beverage of your choice. Avoid fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless you juice yourself) 5. Stop smoking, drinking beer and wine, and drink coffee. 6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. 7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy. 8. Avoid with High Fructose Corn. Syrup tone the muscles: 1. Join a gym and a coach. 2. If you&#39;re short of money, start a regime of stretching and light yoga. 3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body. 4. As I said above, walk, run, swim or bike 5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class or a fitness class. 6. Join the local YMCA .. 7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill called Pearl strengthens health. In the book, he describes everything you need great skills: plan. Mental 1. Ask a friend to talk to every day your feelings. 2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to. 3. Learn to meditate. 4. Join a support group for question you&#39;re dealing with. 5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance. 6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings and thoughts. 7. Give &#39;gratitude&#39; list every night. 8. Do something that makes you happy every day: your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative. 9. Do something for someone else who needs help. 10. If the above suggestions do not improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking a drug. Take care of yourself Yam King </p>

I know it&#39;s bad, (and I&#39;m also curious what effects it had on me, if someone can tell me) but I can not bring myself to start eating the little lunch too. At times, I can not wake up early enough for breakfast. And even if I do get up early, there is nothing around the house to eat. Which means for me to start getting up early and start eating healthy and regularly? What do you recommend for me to eat for breakfast? Any advice? </p>

<b>I would like to know how to lose weight through diet and exercise advice?</b>
<p> <i>I can not run due to injury</i> knee, but others I would like to know how to make a balanced diet that will help me lose weight so I also exercise to lose body fat as well. </p>
<p> Well first of all, you must eat a healthy, balanced, low fat lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat lean meat diet (no fat on them), poultry (without skin), fish on the scales (no batter or crumbs), eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables, beans and pulses, dairy products low in fat, skim milk, no sugar drinks, tea, coffee, cereals and non- sweet. Try to include many whole foods as possible in your diet. Such as brown rice, pasta brown beans and legumes, and brown bread. These are all rich in fiber and will keep you feeling fuller longer. DO make sure you keep all JUNK FOOD, ready-prepared meals, (The ones you buy at the supermarket), alcohol, carbonated soft drinks, and takeaway to an absolute minimum. These are all rich in refined sugar and full of saturated fat. two main ingredients that are responsible for these extras. JUNK FOOD The memory book is just what it says &#8211; JUNK. With an added ingredient -. FAT Have three regular meals a day. At regular times. Always starting with breakfast. This way you are less likely to engage in snacks later in the morning. Sit down to eat your meal. Take time on them. Pay attention to what you eat. Stay aware of your new eating habits and activity levels. Because if you do not then you will not succeed. You need to be determined, be committed and last of all be consistent. Second, try to move as much as you can. Any exercise will really help accelerate your weight loss. Walking, swimming, try a dance class, bike, (it can also be a bike stationery). I&#39;m not too sure about the seriousness your injury to your knee. But using a trampoline is great exercise too. Every year he manages to get your heart heart upwards. Make your blood pump faster around your heart, you breathe harder and sweat. This way, you&#39;ll burn calories. But as with any exercise. If you are not combining it with a healthy diet. Then it will work. But if you do not then you do see any results. Exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet. Asbestos minerals have novel properties which make them highly desirable for industrial use. While the health hazards of asbestos have long been recognized and are well documented in the medical literature, ecological and environmental research involving asbestos fibers has only been undertaken in the past 25 years and the significant deleterious effects of asbestos materials on soil and plant ecology has been much less well publicised.
