Foodism first and B vitamins?
Okay, I'm a brute Foodista frustrated. I am currently about 75%, but I wondered on the issue of vitamin B .. In my research, he found that David Wolfe says in an interview that he eats ants for B vitamins, but this interview appears to have happened between the last edition of the Sunfood Diet Success System, and the new edition .. I just read both versions .. Or anything say about what I noticed .. I ask the forum raw food, but he came forward, and turns into a huge debate between the people and the raw milk Vegan .. For me, raw dairy products is not an option .. I am vegan and have been for a long time. Right now I'm just taking supplements .. Try to be respectful of other faiths in your response, but I'll try to see if supplements are needed .. or is a better source.
This yeast is an excellent source of vitamin B complex, is actually more nutritious uncooked, and makes delicious things. There some good recipes for it. One of the best for me is the recipe in Vegan Cheez Whiz cookbook uncheese.
