Minor Blue Dragon???
I have been taking a medicine against allergies herbal called "Blue Dragon minor" for about two days. When I went online to see if it would counteract with anything, I find it contains "Ephedra Sinica" which can cause cardiovascular problems and hypertension. It is considered a performance enhancer and is banned in sports and may appear competitave as methamphetamine in a drug test. Yet the Chinese have used this herb for 5,000 years and regular users think it innocuous small quantities. A ban by the FDA on the grass was just lifted. Some side effects may include irritability, nervousness, dizziness, tremors, headache, vomiting and fever. Should I stop taking it? I'm leaning towards yes. The drug I take is Chinese.
small quantities, yes. using thousands of years, yes. How do you know how much is put in your pills? The Chinese it was growing and using and how much they use in conjunction with other herbs. they were teaching their young (but Now young people are not interested in it, no more) on herbs and potions. they have 5000 years of experience. How much experience the Americans and British in Chinese medicine? NONE.
