How long will fresh beet juice last?

I just picked up a juicer and plan on making a large batch of beet juice to add to my daily smoothie. How long will beet juice last before spoiling or losing it’s nutritional value?

I highly recommend that you put the beet into your smoothie without juicing. If you cut up the beet and freeze it, it will be easier for the blender to liquefy.
