Anti aging foods are definitely the real deal… And, in todays’ culture, couldn’t be more accessible. So, the health longevity only reason to keep avoiding these life changing foods, must be…

When it comes to anti aging foods, there are some “staples” that have, pretty much, become common knowledge. For instance…

I just picked up some Cordyceps in capsule form & havre been adding it to my smoothies… My recovery time between work-outs has been… Shortened, Strengthened.., I can’t really explain it.., but my body feels great!
