7 super foods

Pregnant again even though I have a 7.5 month old?
I posted this in pregnancy but didn’t get any answers.. so hopefully I will get more here!
I have a 7.5 month old, who is pretty much exclusively bf, but has started solid foods more often so he only bf’s every 4 hours or so if that and sleeps for 11 hours at night.. but today I have felt super queasy and when I’m holding him I feel like I’m about to faint. Nothing has changed with my diet or anything, and I thought I was pregnant and so I took a pregnancy test like 3 days ago and it was negative, but I’m curious would this be a sign of pregnancy, I have no clue since I haven’t had my period for over a year and half! Also, could I be even though I got a negative test? Thanks.
Breast feeding and having no period does not mean that you can not get pregnant. Because you have had no period, it is hard to say whether your timing on the home test was correct. The symptoms you describe could very well be pregnancy, but they may also be something as minor as a mild virus or anemia, just to name a few. Stress can also cause these same symptoms. Since you have not had your first period due to nursing, I would suggest a visit to your OB/GYN. You may also want to check your blood sugar levels. Remember, many of the nutrients you consume are passed into the breast milk and on to your baby. It is important that you take good care of yourself while nursing. That also involves taking time for yourself. Good luck and don’t stress over this until after you visit your doctor. If you are pregnant, don’t feel too overwhelmed. It is actually easier during those toddler years to raise two instead of one. They will do well with keeping each other entertained and be less demanding of your every moment!
