Can you OD on "superfoods green like powdered wheatgrass?
I found this idea of detox I want to try for a few days: Mix one teaspoon of green powder (I have a mixture of chlorella, wheatgrass, barleygrass, and alfalfa in my green powder) with a glass of fresh juice without sugar. Have two glasses in the morning and a glass each time you start to feel hungry all day. This can be done up 10 days. It seems easy enough, but what worries me is that the dosage on the box says green powder have one to two teaspoons day … but this plan recommends having as much as you want, maybe three or four times the recommended dose. So, can you overdose on these supplements Green? Are not they pretty harmless?
If you have too many of those super foods that you would probably get the tracks, because these foods are generally super laxative in large quantities.
